SUSTAINABILITY
In all our endeavors, we prioritize environmental considerations, sustainability, and the well-being of local communities. We firmly believe that integrating green features is essential when acquiring or designing new projects. Each of our industrial parks possesses its unique character, reflecting the distinct opportunities and constraints of its location. However, our shared objective remains constant: to enhance the use of renewable energy at our parks, especially solar energy. As a result, solar panels on our rooftops are a common green feature. Additionally, our parks are equipped with electric vehicle charging stations, rainwater collection systems, green spaces, and bicycle parking areas, among other amenities.
We aspire to attain high standards of green building certifications and energy efficiency. Some of our buildings already hold green certificates, while others are designed and constructed to meet the criteria for common green certifications should a client request them. Our approach is client-focused, and we wholeheartedly support sustainability requirements.
Beyond the technical aspects, our commitment extends to fostering a deeper sense of community and a greater connection to the local landscape. We view our industrial parks as not just spaces of business, but as integral parts of the local ecosystem. By tailoring each park to its unique surroundings, we strive to create spaces that enrich the lives of those who inhabit them and enhance the local communities. We see every project as an opportunity to leave a lasting positive impact on both the environment and the people who interact with our developments.
