BHM group assumes full ownership of Log Center Maribior. The project was originally developed in partnership with Go Asset. Having held a majority stake in the joint venture, BHM group has now completed the buyout of the remaining shares, gaining sole control of the asset.
Log Center Maribor, soon to be rebranded as BHM Park Maribor, offers 30,000 sq m of premium logistics and industrial space, designed to accommodate modern warehousing and production needs. The facility is fully leased, highlighting its strong demand and strategic importance as a logistics hub in Slovenia and Central and Eastern Europe. This acquisition reaffirms BHM’s long-term commitment to the logistics and industrial real estate sector in CEE.
In addition to BHM Park Maribor, BHM is further strengthening its presence in Slovenia with projects such as Log Center Adria, a logistics development near Koper, which has now secured a building permit.
