With the ceremonial laying of the foundation stone, we have launched the second phase of construction at BHM Park Dunajská Streda. This project will expand the existing complex by an additional 90,000 m² of modern logistics and industrial space and bring at least 1,000 new jobs to the region. Completion is anticipated at the beginning of 2027.
Our investment of €50 million follows up the successful first phase, which has already provided employment to over 3,000 local residents.
The new phase of the park will meet strict sustainability standards, including BREEAM Very Good certification. It will also build on the high technical standards of the existing facilities, which already utilize renewable energy sources, smart technologies, and modern solutions for efficient operation.
We are convinced that regional development goes hand in hand with high-quality infrastructure, sustainable solutions, and close cooperation with local governments.
On this occasion, we have donated €20,000 to the municipality of Kostolné Kračany to support community and development projects — as a symbol of our long-term partnership.
